Daniel called us after the inspection, explained everything in detail and made it clear what's important and what's not. After reading the report, we had a few more questions, and Daniel was happy to answer all of them. We ended up confident that we understand everything we needed to understand for our purchase decision and for maintaining the house for years to come.

We accepted an offer on our house in the Coffs region, the buyer commissioned a building report from Inspectmyhome. The buyer cancelled the offer, citing the building report. We were a little mystified, so we contacted Inspectmyhome who on-sold the report to us.We commissioned another report to check some of the claims made, this building inspector took much longer inspecting our property (at least 2 hours for the building report only) and also did thermal imaging on our property, which wasn't done before. He found nothing of concern. I wrote a detailed email to Inpectmyhome asking for an explanation on elements of the original report. I had no response. I rang a week later and asked why I hadn't received an explanation to my query, as having bought the building report, I thought I should receive a reply. No response. I then tried more than a week later, no record of my email. I resent the original email to both InspectmyHome and to the building inspector. Still no reply 11 days later.
