Went to pick up an Amazon package and was helped by a lovely gentleman at the front counter. Technology was causing some issues on the computer but he dealt with it swiftly and we had a good laugh about it. Great service overall.

The range of products in the shop is quite good but my experience of the customer service I experienced today wasn't ideal. I bought an inexpensive item, the only thing I needed and when I took it to the counter, I was asked twice if that was all." I don't know what the staff member who served me meant by that question but it came across as "is that all you are buying today
