On a 4000km ride I dropped into Rock Motorcycles this morning (no appointment) and asked them to take a look at the chain for me. I am from Melbourne and have never done business with these guys before - what an absolute pleasure, Rory the service manager was courteous and efficient - the service guys were friendly and knowledgeable - I was sorted in 30 minutes for a ridiculously small charge and on my way. The big city dealer franchises could learn how to do business from these guys. My only complaint is they aren’t running a dealership in Melbourne. Big thanks guys and congrats on running a fantastic business.

I purchased my BMW bike from them recently, Tony was my salesperson, what a gentleman, I can say he is one of the best salespeople I have met, and I have seen many in my years. He was very courteous, Professional, and truthful, and above all, he did not waste my time and answered all my enquiries regarding the bike.After-sales service was unbelievable, I had a minor issue with my bike, and the way they responded, was without any hesitation, ordered the parts and fixed my bike. I was very impressed with their service.I had a fantastic experience with them and I recommend them to all my friends.

Peter Rock and a few of his technicians spent probably the better part of an hour by phone assisting on an electrical breakdown issue last week when my bike suddenly stopped ( in Victoria)Time given cheerfully and freely.Truly excellent and caring service.They've always given me excellent service, but this was above and beyond!

I am based in Adelaide and bought my BMW R18 Deluxe - First Edition from Rock Motorcycles. I was a bit hesitant to buy from an interstate dealer but These guys made it easy. Plenty of communication before and after delivery. Rory even opened the shop on a public holiday as it was the earliest day that the transport company could pick the bike from him. (If he didn't come in on his day off, it would have put my delivery date back by over a week). Bike was immaculate and was one of the most competitively priced R18's advertised. Even with transport costs, it still ended up cheaper that some other First Editions on the market.
