We were there 2 weeks ago. After we paid $18, for 1 adult and 2 children we were told that the indoor pool was closed for 'therapeutic' swimming only, half of the main pool was closed for lane swimmers and our kids were too big for the kiddies pool. So nearly all the people there were jammed into half a 25m pool. Ridiculous! Other pools are managed better, wont be back. Waste of good facilities.

Can't buy food there and can't leave to get food without having to pay entry again. What a dumb policy. I paid almost $20 to swim outside in the rain for not even an hour. I've been here twice now and both times the indoor heated pool was not available for swimming. I will never go back.

Solid pool gets the job done and nice and local so not to far away, Only complaint is that unfortunately the pool is only 33 meters instead of 50m, However after speaking to the life guards I later found out that they are making the outdoor pool bigger can’t wait. Till then Im just going to deal with it and not cry online:)

Great indoor pool facility! Indoor pool have ramp into the pool. Outdoor pool does not have ramp into the pool. Kids splash park great for toddlers to run through on a hot day and grassy hills for packed lunch. Reasonable prices at the kiosk for goggles and other accessories.

Such a great idea locally for the kids! Only downfall we had to wait an hour to get in a pool as all the lanes were taken up by schools outside & other classes inside. So if u want to swim you have to wait until they all leave or wait for weekend.

Partial availability inside heated pool is not for children. 2 freezing outside pools for children. Female Managers don't seem to be friendly towards children unless paying learn to swim prices. Kids enjoyed splash pad.

there was some little boy plaing games, so i told an employee and they dragged him out of the water and poked him with a stick???? i got kicked out for confidential cases?????
