If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is the 2nd time I have complained to the OLSC about this firm. There is $162,580.73 from BT overcharging, owing to my grandmother's estate and Bob & Anne Warren, newbies to the firm won't rightfully distribute it - to me the main beneficiary despite saying in an email they had been directed by the executors of my grandmother's estate to act on their behalf. This firm is evil!
