DO NOT WORK FOR MEDITECH. They will screw you over iv been with them for 15months and they haven't been paying my super they now owe me $7,400 .but ATO was very interested with this information today so they are now on to it.They cancelled all my shifts for no reason at all (ALSO DONE IT TO OTHER SURPORT WORKERS) and didn't even tell us .. they will not return emails or answer your calls unless it benefits them ..and not to mention for 15 months they were sending me to jobs that were 2 assits (on my own ) hoist ect and we all know that is a big NO NO isn't that correct MEDITECH!!.

Absolutely pathetic, they don't take the clients' needs into consideration; don't waste your time with them and the only things the staff help are themselves to your possessions. When the office are notified, they would only fight and argue with me. One star is way more than what they deserve.

My mum has been a client of Meditech for over a year now and we're happy with how things are going especially with home maintenance services. Mum's home required home modifications for her condition and Meditech maintenance built a ramp, installed grab rails to make things easier for her at home. Mum is able to continue living at her home because of all the home maintenance, cleaning, and care she receives from Meditech.

Terrible organisation setup. Stuffed me up as ‘potential’ new employee. Shockingly poor and inconsistent communication along with lack of accountability from certain parts of the organisation. I disclosed I had a former injury and instead of communicating with me on this, after much calling around I found out management had decided I was a risk, after doing all the enrolment work, driving to Strathfield for induction and training (as I was offered the job and was told I had it), uploading their laborious app. Also was told I’d be paid for the training however was later told I’d only be paid for the training after 50hrs of service. Time wasters. Liars. There’s plenty of providers out there. Don’t bother with this one.

I was employed by this company in September, I was told I would be contacted for shifts. Hadn't heard anything back from them within a week or 2, I rang them a few times about getting shifts to be told that the lady I needed to speak to was conducting interviews. I was transferred to someone else to be told i was terminated very shortly after employment with no explanation.

I like working here. They are very open,diverse, respectful and kind to employees. Best place to work in Sydney.
