Called twice before put my order on, was been told to wait 6 days to pick up. After the payment done and I've been told to wait for at least 6 weeks instead of 6 days. My construction cannot wait that long, so I asked about refund. However, they said they won't refund in full amount.

Needed our security screen fixed, sorted out in less than a week by a chap called Tim, my wife said he couldn’t have been more pleasant and very helpful, fixed in no time. He also took a look at our shower door which had moved off centre, told they would sort it out and it was under warranty. So very impressed with Tim and Porters,

Ordered my screen doors 6 months ago and still haven't been given an install date.Received a phone call out of the blue saying they're ready now and they're ready to be installed the next day, told them I'd call them back just so I could make sure someone would be home. 15 minutes later a different lady answers the phone and knows nothing of it and can't book an install date.
