All l can say is 10/10For Excellent service in Everything...l have been with this service for some time now...lm a very stressful person & l worry about my daughter with special needs soon as l speak to them a load has been lifted...l know lm not going to be taken advantage of...which happens alot to us parents with special needs children...No hesitation to recommend Farris Care Service...Give them a call...you want regret it ❤️

I made an enquiry of seeking help with staff to get assistance in applying for NDIS. Not only did they answer all my questions but offered to assist in everystage without any conditions. I was also provided a list of actvities available in my local area.

Been with them for 4 years now. During this time I have come to realise that when you overstay you're welcome they no longer support you well. For example: constant ordering of wrong incontinence products, and continuing. Causing me stress and anxiety. The endless list of incompetent, lazy support workers, who can barely speak English. Not at all impressed folks.Current support worker okay as well as plan management.
