Nem and his teammate were efficient, professional, and friendly. Boundaries were clearly established and defined and Nem explained how to interpret his markers. Nem did some really fantastic work for our renovation project and I think he went above and beyond. He was also much more competitively priced than other quotes I received. Given that he was local, he was able to help with a time critical issue that came up during our DA process - a Sydney based surveyor would have struggled to provide the same degree of service as Nem.
