Their customer service is the worst. I rented a storage and paid for a month . Didn’t receive an invoice for the next month and the following month I received an invoice for 2 months which was fine. I was late in paying for the invoice by 2 weeks only because I was away for work. Suddenly i get a call from them and the guy started shouting, when i tried to explain that I didn’t receive an invoice for the previous month he didn’t accept that and accused me that i was playing around. They have no decency to talk to the customers and this has been the worst customer service i have ever received.

One of the best place to store the stuff. Staff is very nice and helpful. Lots of storage rooms with range of sizes.

I have used other storage facilities and by far this is the best I have experienced. Ease of access is amazing and the 24hr access means I am never racing the clock to get what I need.

Great experience for my 12 months of storage. Secure, modern and clean facility with plenty of wide access for trucks and parking. Onsite management was very helpful and friendly. 24/7 access was very handy too with bright lighting. Highly recommend. (Genuine customer.)
