Always someone there with a friendly smile to greet you and help you before you make it to the back of the store. Service is also really quick. Only thing is that aromatherapy thing at the front desk gets in your face when being served.

Was always happy with Choice Pharmacy service till this morning. Rang to inform the staff that my child’s script needed a new refill. Staff seemed to be clueless about the procedure, that’s fine but I was asked to keep repeating about the intention of my call and also was informed wrongly that the script that is kept in the pharmacy has expired? Which I did checked with pharmacy in person earlier this year that there’s still one repeat left. Is an authority script which you can only prescribed througha specialist with at least 6 months appointment waiting period. Informed the staff that I have always rang and ordered via pharmacy with no issues with availability and supply but staff seemed to have zero idea. Disappointing service overall.*Update: Received an apology from the main pharmacist on 15/3/23 re: poor customer service yesterday and the medication was dispensed and received promptly in the end.

Excellent service every time. No attempts to oversell and they help you feel at ease when taking new medications. A little pricey on shelf products but that is to be expected with shopping centres overheads. A+

This is a very busy Pharmacy but is always kept lovely with such beautiful things. I keep my scripts on file and I am always welcomed by name now and greeted with a friendly beautiful smile from Annie and Myra, Thank You girls for always taking such good care of me and the kids when we come in you are always working hard and doing such a great job which doesn't go unnoticed, keep up the great work guys!!!

Staff are very helpful and professional at all times. Prices are fair and good. Staff do not hesitate to contact me if they need a prescription are information etc. The shop is always spotlessly clean and products easy to locate on the shelves.
