RAW Fitness Equipment

I've bought a decent amount of equipment from raw and have generally been happy with them. Our issues have been that a few times now we have received items from raw with parts missing from the box. Raw have been responsive enough to ship replacements to us, though my expectations of their customer service and understanding are another matter.The reason I'm leaving a one star review is because the most recent 5 star reviews left here are generally fake. There are a number of reviewers who have all reviewed raw and two other businesses in the USA. Never mind, these have been reported to Google. Not impressed Andrew and Co.

Purchased the 50mm rubber ramp mats. They were exactly as described. They are great, solid quality, straight and heavy so they don't slide around or slip away from the square mats. Fast delivery too. Always worry about buying without Inspecting but these are exactly what I wanted.

Quick delivery.Instructions need some work on wording & a template for drilling wall hole fixings would be helpful to simplify installation

Update on my review.After assembling their power rack lite - half, it has come to my attention that even the slightest tightening of the bolts would result in the uprights being warped. This is an obvious indicator of low quality used steel, obviously they don't state this on their website. I question how long this will last and now see why they don't have any open warranty policy listed.Save your time and money and go with Rogue or Verve, decided to go with something cheaper for the lock-down period but dam. All-round poor professionalism. They made an obvious mistake buy giving me two of the same boxes labelled 2/5 and on the phone a worker admittedly said so. After going back and forth my brother decided to just drive 40 minutes up and they blamed it on the manufacturer & gave us a box that was taped up, which was obvious that they opened and re-packed to make up a story.. obvious when the rest of their boxes are secured by polypropylene strapping. Love their products. I've purchased a few times from RAW and have not been dissapointed. I've been slowly building up my home gym and the latest gym rig I got is super heavy duty, I was surprised! Especially for the price. Covid times has slowed down product availability though, that's my only negative. But that's not really RAWs fault. Lots of online places I've ordered from have had long waits because of slow supplies from over seas.I just wanted to post a review and say thanks heaps. You guys work hard and spent lots of time with me over the phone helping out. I've seen a couple of bad reviews recently and don't agree with the bad wrap. They're obvously not very understanding individuals and a bit spoilt.Thanks heaps guys!

Bought a bunch of gym flooring from RAW. It's their own custom product, and is EXCELLENT. For a comparable price to the stuff at Bunnings, you get dense, good-looking, good-feeling, tough-as-nails rubber. Each sqm is approx 16kgs, so just lay it down and doesn't move. Importantly, gives off very little (almost no) odur. Have 35smq in our garage, and can't tell it's there. Again, cheaper products definitely don't have this quality. Highly recommended!

Excellent company. I bought a power rack, weights, bars and a few other bits and bobs off these guys almost 2 years now and everything is perfect, no issues, no dramas, just solid quality that is used day in day out and still perfect.The guys were really easy to deal with, fantastic customer service and tbh the reason I left this review is because I googled them to go and buy some Kettlebells, and noticed I hadn't left them a review yet. These guys are great.

Andrew is incredibly helpful and awesome to deal with. I bought their squat rack, multi storage rack, gym mats and a few other items. My only recommendation would be to go for the gym mats with blue speck as the plain black ones mark up really easily. Great local Aussie business. Will definitely be back for more.

We drove 40mins one way to pick up a rack I ordered JUST for them to give us the wrong parts. Extremely annoying as you can imagine so we called them to try and solve this issue but they gave us attitude and were extremely unhelpful. After more than 5 phone calls, they are still telling us that they'll call me back" (but they don't) or "the boss is out". If any company makes a mistake that causes so much inconvenience for a customer

The product quality is high. These are heavy items, so delivery is a big part of the equation. The delivery fees are very reasonable, and the delivery was fast. I had a problem: one of the components was bent and tarnished, and raw acted quickly to solve the problem. Many others would have dragged their feet.
