I am writing this review to avoid anyone else getting fooled by the past positive reviews. I have visited this place (not keen to call it a saloon or a business) today Thursday the 27/1/22. I requested a hair cut in layers and blow dry afterwards. The “hairdresser” appeared not be very proficient in hair styling, nor in the language, her knowledge of both was badly limited. I am over 60 and have had many hair cuts in my life, but never the cutting style I had witnessed in this place, dry cutting and not sectioning of the hair, cutting the circumference of the hair like cutting fabric, and no presentation of the back look by using a mirror. FYI, I had washed my hair at home, it was still damp but not wet enough for a cut. I had shown her a past photo and reiterated cutting my hair in layers, but no layering was done. The blow dry was done too poorly and one could see she was not confident at all. The attached photo was taken an hour after the blow dry was performed. Luckily I wasn’t going anywhere, otherwise I had to wash and redo it myself. I think the owner passed me on to her help, because I was a new comer. But a smart business person gives every customer a good service especially a new comer. I will never ever return, even they offered me a free cut or a free blow dry. A horrible service, it was a waste of time and money if not waste of hair. Please respect yourself and your hard earned money and go somewhere else. I promise you it would be much better service than this place, even if they would cut and style your hair blindfolded.

Terrible service with bad attitude. In order to make more businesses, they squeeze our time cutting off the service and pushing us out. Shame on you.. The business owner and staff. .

I have followed Erika from her days at Chatswood to Lane Cove . She has the Midas touch . No one else is allowed to touch my hair !!

Love that they use O & M hair colouring products, free from the worst of the toxic ingredients usually found in permanent hair colours. Friendly hairdressers. Always leave feeling happy with the results.

Saw Erika and had my hair done at her salon for the first time today. I am very impressed. She coloured and cut my hair and it is exactly what I wanted!Much more reasonably priced compared to some other salons in this area.I will definitely be back to see Erika again.Forget about the “name brand” salons and go see Erika!
