Lumber has made multiple custom pieces for our home. Each piece uniquely beautiful with sooooo much character. I receive so many compliments and beyond grateful for the work Lumber has done on our furniture. The team are super easy to deal with and have always worked with me to collaborate on items - each one created better than I could imagine, thank you so much guys. Angelique and Matt were outstanding to deal with! They were extremely responsive- even called us late one Sunday afternoon to answer our questions! They updated us with photos and emails showing us how our table was progressing when it was being made. They organised delivery. Their service and product is exceptional! We are so happy with our table! It’s high quality and the first thing people comment on when they walk into our newly renovated house! We can’t wait to use it over Christmas! I absolutely LOVE my Vic Ash max feature dining table! So much so, I went back for more with ordering my Brooklyn bed frame! The quality is phenomenal and the wood with matte black powder coated steel is stunning! Custom, handmade furniture takes time to create and make perfect, but these guys are the best! OMG Matt our table for our holiday rental is AMAZING, it completes the dinning area and kitchen!! We couldn’t be happier, we absolutely LOVE it!!!! We ordered two tables with Lumber Furniture In February 2022. The items were due to be delivered in May 22. Despite our repeated requests, they have only just been delivered at the end of January 2023. Communication about the delay was unreliable, and at times unprofessional and hostile. We were instructed we 'should have read the fine print on our invoice' when we finally drew the line and stated the items had to be delivered in a timely manner. The quality of the finish on the dining table is as we expected. The second table has a rough surface with many holes and pits in the finish. We will need to sand and do additional resin works on this table so that it can be used without having the holes fill with dirt. We do not recommend this company.

It has been 3.5 years since we purchased our custom made dining table and entry console from Lumber furniture. Matt and his team were very easy to deal with, from our face to face appointment right through to delivery. So much so we are in the process of looking at our next piece to buy. Would gladly recommend Lumber to anyone.
