We have an apartment at Cirque in Mount Pleasant which is excellent, the fit out and shared facilities are top rate and our tenants are very happy there. Leanne Palatchie is our property manager at Stirling and she is very good, always responsive to anything that needs doing for the tenants and goes above and beyond to assist us. We would definitely recommend both the building and using Stirling for property management.

We are very grateful for all the help and assistance we have been provided by Stirling Capital. Their team kept us informed all the way through construction and were always able to answer any questions we had. Our apartment is a dream come true. Thank you

Top of the range appliances in luxurious surroundings. With heated pool gym barbecue areas and a private dining room. Property is in heart of the Perth CBD and I couldn't be more excited to own a property in 78 Striling Street.A lot of times more than just the price, you need a best sales consultant to deal with.
