My Audi car had broke down due to gearbox malfunctions as I couldn't reverse parking. I was panic and shocked but luckily I still managed to continue driving so I have called Steve from Superb Automotive about what happened to my car and within the next 30minutes, the tow truck guy came and pick up my car. Steve is humble, down-to-earth, passionate and friendly person. He is very professional in explaining the conditions of the car and whether or not it can be repaired but I still put my hopes and trust on him as I believed he could fix my car and to my surprised, he managed to fix my gearbox!! Steve not only fixing my car but he also service and wash my car so clean! I feel amazed of the outcome and his responsibility to customer's needs! Thank you Steve for handling my car so well. Highly recommended for those who had same problem or issues with their gearbox. With his magic hands, anything is possible! Two thumbs up!!
