What a great experience to deal with the guys at EK Automotive. They are very professional, have good communication all the way from my initial phone inquiry to executing the 80,000km service on my car. I compared prices beforehand with Honda and the saving was at least 30%. I can highly recommend them and even better, they are local!

Wow top service! They went above and beyond to help us when my tyre popped on the way to work. When I went to the store to explain the situation, they got one of the guys to drive out to my car, they took the tyre back to the store for us, and brought a new tyre to fit back in at 8am in the morning. Great service, highly recommend.

I randomly called on Saturday lunch time for a pink slip and the guy was so helpful to ask me to come even though they closed by 2pm. The pink slip process was so smooth and quick, best experience ever. Will definitely revisit!

My husband spent more than $1000 on the tyre change of our Toyota Kluger with them but they provided the incorrect size and there’s noise when we drove which had never happened before. We went back to then but they didn’t fix the issue. So now we need to spent $1000+ to have our tyre changed again in another store. So disappointed with their service.

Shop owner or manager is really rude. They were trying to sell me some service with extra charge and I just wanna double check the cost and some details. They get mad and yell at me “ I don’t need your business! Xxxxxxx!” My kids just next to me and they are really scared. If you don’t wanna be treared like a animal, don’t go their shop.

Bought a car from these guys,Within the first two week the hatch lock stopped working, the battery had to be replaced, new headlights and brake pads lol.Didn't expect that many issues, buying from mechanic. Did an oil change and they've forgotten to put a washer when they did the last service....

100% would never recommend any to go here to fix a carBout a van here because it was running rough that charged me $2800 to fix a week later it broke down got it towed back they fixed something they said was unrelated charged another $500 got it back and it was overheating they said they fixed and charged me again I said just do what what you need to do to fix it and he said he did and then 3 days later the engine blew upIf he told me he couldn’t fix it to put new engine in I would ofIf you want to ruin your car more and get ripped of then go here

After a dramatic accident on the M2 driving over a pot hole and damaging 3 tyres and 2 rims - the guys at EK were nothing short of heroes supporting me, my two dogs and making sure I got my car before Good Friday. Great guys !

The Best Service! I would like to thank the team at EK Automotive and Tyre Service centre!I had major mechanical issues with my Audi A4 which after calling the friendly and helpful staff they booked me in immediately.Not only did they fix the issues at a reasonable price, they dropped my car off to my work at the end of the day.Now that is Service! Will definitely be returning to them for other repairs and recommending to my family and friends.
