Where do I start...There are just too many GREAT THINGS about this shop.. i will go by pointsI am from Sydney, currently in Wollongong for work and I found this Sophisticated, Charming, Aromatic, Delightful so called Pharmacy but all you can get Store from all pharmacies to fashion clothes, body fragrances, accessories to Home Products, Interior and etc. a month ago and i keep coming browsing around the shop and already bought many good stuffs.Here are my list of points1. Pharmacy but designers Fashion Clothing, Accessories, Cosmetic (even Vegan Comestic), Brands' Fragrance & Aroma Products, Designers Interiors, Charming, Thoughtful and Lovely all range of gifts ... is it still call pharmacy?2. Well display, quite amazing selection of stuffs, from home made to Europe, Japan Charms...well done Melissa and all friendly staffs3. Its open until 9:30pm4. Plenty of friendly and attentive staffs... everyone come around you to give you assist..5. Whole shop smell aroma, i feel so Relax and so welcome by all smiley friendly staffs6. Give details and extended information7. FREE deluxe WRAPPING with good quality paper & range of ribbons8. Point Earning as well9. Currently there is promotion on MOR products. FREE Gift of Good quality brand Umbrella if you spend $49.95So worth it❤10.My favorites are Body wears Aroma products, designers' Interiors, Charm products and accessories.11. Not expensive either12. Many good stuffs for MOTHER'S DAY GIFTS

A terrible place to buy medicines even though you have a Medicare card and PBS, particularly for price-sensitive customers like me. I will never go there unless no option is left. I purchased an Amoxilillin 100 ML for a whopping $24 (300% higher than Chemistware house). I was surprised to see the price difference when I bought the repeat dose of the same brand by spending only $8 at Chemistware house. I called them up for a refund, but they told me their price is still $15 so I only received a $9 refund. I am sorry to reveal the truth; those are price sensitive; try not to shop at Hospital Hill Pharmacy as they seem to cater to premium customers, not those akin to me.

Getting worst by the minute! Everytime I go in or my partner goes in, we are treated rudely and made to feel like we are an inconvenience! We don't even feel comfortable calling or being in the pharmacy at all! The rudeness when we call or get a prescription in is so upsetting.

I used to enjoy browsing the giftware range while waiting for my script, the store felt welcoming and had an aesthetic layout. Very disappointed with the new fitout. It is extremely clinical and very uninviting and they have cut their hours back. I always used to regard them as my emergency chemist for evening purchases. It is now a chemist I only use occasionally.

I have been a regular customer of this pharmacy, for 30 years, but today is the last time I will ever walk in their front door. Received a letter today that I had walked out of the chemist, on the 5th July 2020, without paying for the medication that I went for. Rang them and they looked in the system and said YES that's right. There is absolutely NO WAY that I would ever walk out of any premises and not pay for the goods and services that I had received. They have brought my integrity and honesty into question and that is not a good thing. When I spoke to the pharmacist I got no satisfaction and suggested that they might like to might like to check their systems and staff and all I got was WELL IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A CONVERSATION ABOUT IT .... I just threw my hands in the air, went and paid the $10 and walked out....I have been branded as something I am not and therefore will no longer use this pharmacy for my medications or anything else. It appears that HHP don't value all their customers !!!!

Everytime I go to this chemist, the staff are very friendly and always communicate to me about my medication and any questions I have, the staff answer effectively and professionally.Recently I went to fill a script that I had left until the last minute (I know I should be better prepared!) and unfortunately it was on backorder until the following week. When I said it was urgent, the staff went out of their way to contact other pharmacies in the area to try and get the medication for me. They were successful and had a staff member go and pick it up for me while I was still there.I haven't experienced the amount of help at any other pharmacy and am incredibly impressed with the staff.I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough.

Great place with absolutely great staff and Pharmacist's. Very family friend. Always greet my family and I with love and respect. Pharmacist's and staff are very knowledgeable. Been going there for 2 years now and will continue for the foreseeable future. Keep up the great work guys!

I went in to the pharmacy to request a bathroom key for my disabled client. The old woman at the counter refused and my client wet himself. Thanks for looking out for your fellow humans. Absolutely Horrible

Absolutely the best service, that it deserved the review.There was a flu medication that was out of stock, all most all over Australia. But they called my doctors to see if they could prescribe else what, and then other pharmacies to see if they have in stock. Recommended me to another one then. In between my wait, they constantly attended me, updated me, and the wait wasn't even long! I don't think I have experience this kind of service in any industry at all! Service is absolutely top notch! Well done Guys!

I have been there a few times lately and I think it must have new owners. Usually it’s a very good/professional Chemist but not anymore, including the service being slow for prescriptions. I won’t be back.
