Price is too expensive compared to actual value. One tiny hair clip of $30 got faded after several times of use. Staff was overwhelmingly trying to sell more than what I actually needed. I was told to have receipt sent via email but never receive one.

Asian chick is too much, bombards you with questions and doesn’t leave you alone to look around. Even if you tell her you’re just browsing, she comes up to you again and again. Makes you feel like you’re doing something wrong even though you aren’t haha. This is important because a lot of people with social anxiety like to be left alone and don’t need to feel like they’re being harassed by this girl. She’ll show you a million things you don’t like just cause she’s desperate to sell them. We get it. But stop it. TOO MUCH. Someone please tell her.

Damn it! I thought I got cheated by the Chinese sales staff! You know what?! She introduced me the most popular earrings and want me to buy though at the first beginning that wasn’t my priority! But I believed her words! Then when I went home I tried the earrings, I suddenly understood why she tried to persuade me to buy because that was the worst and unpopular product that needs to be sold out fast! I can’t put on that earrings at all! What worse is that the return policy states that earrings are not refundable and exchangeable! I want to say that is the very bad marketing skills because they are cheating customers for profits!

During my trip to Sydney before Corona I had to waste some time and decided to come here to see if I could find some aesthetic stuff but had an internal debate over if I really needed everything or not. I work in retail and it was very obvious to me that me spending so much time in the store made the employee suspicious I was stealing. I wasn’t, just an indecisive teen with $50 to his name trying to work out if the $34 earrings are worth it. Really embarrassing, felt like leaving just so he’d stop following me around.I wish I had’ve bought them, I regret it.

Jewellery fades after about a week of wearing and got kicked out before entering the store because of our appearance and told it was for covid measures but there was only 5 people in the store? Can't believe the amount of disrespect.

Lovisa used to have all sorts of jewelry for all sorts of styles, but now it's all tacky gold pieces that look like costume bits a granny would wear.
