Smart Brown Catering

I’ve never been enthusiastic about sandwiches before, but I was at Box Hill Town Hall for four days of training, and Smart Brown was the caterer. I usually hate sandwiches (and mini-bagels) but the ones made by this company were delicious, and everyone was raving about them. They were all so fresh and flavoursome and the bread was super-soft. My favourites were the chicken, egg, tuna and roast beef. You can tell the food was made with love and not just slapped together. The fillings were also multi-layered and very generous. I was so intrigued by the sandwiches I enquired with venue staff and researched the company. I hope to order their other food in the future, they seem to have a great menu of items.
