First time visited there after word of mouth. Got my Merc car serviced and repaired. Best quality work, very reasonable price and unbeatable customer service. Happy to recommend anyone. I will be their new customer from now on :) .

Got my car serviced at balance automotive.We told them the oil was going to like grease and getting all clogged up in the motor but instead of fixing the problem he changed things that were irrelevant to the problem like replacing the timing change. They fixed and replaced that many things that were irrelevant to the problem the bill was to high to pay so we went on a payment plan. We then went to pay the last $100 that was owing and we were informed that car had been sold. Would never recommend Balance Automotive to anyone

Hard to find a decent mechanic... this talented bunch take the cake. Explain everything to you in simple terms easy to deal with. Give you a comprehensive report on what needs doing and how much will exactly cost and they work to your budget to what they can do and whats needs doing the most 1st to make car safe again then to top it off they show you what they replaced when picking up the car to prove it needed it. Worth checking them out

Booked in my hyundai i30 for a full service. Steff explained what had to be done. Uses high quality parts. Honest work, no BS. Car runs well. Happy patron here.

My partner Sebastian took his car to Balance Automotive, after doing a lot of work to the car with other mechanics who ripped him off in the area, the guys at Balance Automotive had a look at the vehicle, vacuumed some pipes and removed an airlock from his cooling system. They called him up and said they didn’t do much, the price for their service was $1.50... Yes.... ONE dollar fifty!! NO charge come pick it up, we paid NOTHING!! That is honesty... how many people can say a mechanic diagnosed their car and didn’t charge???Thank you so much!!!!!Balance Automative you are amazingFive stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Serviced Car April 2015Service was reasonably priced. Quoted work was very expensive, saved $700 by going elsewhere.Car returned a few hours late from service with orange citrus air freshener smell. Once smell had cleared a week later it had been hiding the fact that someone has smoked a cigarette in my car, stale smoke smell has never left car since. Yuck and so very disrespectful on so many levels!

New owners recently. I have been ripped off by so many mechanics as i am a young female ,and for the first time I have found an honest mechanic that was very nice and professional. Highly recommend this place.

The guys here always take the time to explain what they're doing. They've fixed ongoing issues that other workshops wouldn't bother with.Highly recommended to anyone who's after decent service from a regular car service, through to a built motor.

Could not respect the guys here more highly. They know their stuff, they fed me, they let me pat the dog for forever and did not charge me to diagnose my car. You'll get great service and great knowledge from these guys.
