INDOFREIGHTS

Terrible customer service!! My goods never arrived at the end destination VENEZUELA. I placed an order from China and this FF company INDOFREIGHT was assigned as the delivery company. The shipment left China on the 24 of June, on the 10 of July arrived on Brazil, 14 days later on Friday July 24 INDOFREIGHT notified me by email that I need to pay insurance for the goods in order to clear customs, I made the payment of $1700 on Monday 27th to a receiver in Chile named LAURA VANESSA CASTRO OBOIDO, payment were collected the following day. 3 days later I received an email from Indofreight demanding a payment of $3000 for storage fee. Why would I have to pay 20 days storage fee for something that I got notified 14 days later. I never made the payment because to me staring to look like FRAUDULENT !! I told them that I was going to cancel my shipment, they then informed me that I will lose the insurance deposit. I ENDED LOSING the $1700. This company is not a real company. PLEASE DO NOT LET ANYONE ASSIGN THIS FF AS A PROVIDER. I spent a lot of time and energy on the PO and it never reach its final destination. The customer service experience ever.
