Been using Neweys Dry Cleaners for 24 years back in the Nind street days. Now they have expanded to more sites and the dry cleaning is done off site, the attention to detail is slipping, I have a shirt with a button that has fallen off and I put it back on the shirt with a safety pin (very noticeable) and it’s back for the second time not fixed. Back when they started out this would have been fixed with out asking. I have spoken with the staff and will ask again. I hope this review reminds Neweys what’s important to customers.
