If I could give a negative star review I would.I have raised complaint forms multiple times and followed up on conversations with complaints managers as well as having to call multiple times because of a slack, unprofessional and managing repair job to my car.I told the mechanic what I thought it could be as well as the person on the phone when I booked but VERY CLEARLY STATED that I have ZERO background in this trade and that they will need to check it themselves as I am COMPLETELY GUESSING at the fault.From here, a repair was completed that in zero ways fixed the issue, leaving me with a non-functioning car.This repair was also poorly done which caused over $1000 of total additional damage to the vehicle that I had to get completed.The ACTUAL issue was fixed within 15 minutes from someone who actually knows how to do their job, for $132.All I want is to be refunded the dodgy repair job and the damages caused and it’s disgusting how childish their replies are when trying to work with them.I am ashamed to know this company exists, it gives mechanics a bad name.

David recently did a scheduled service on my car through Hunter Holden in Ryde. He was very easy to get hold of and very understanding that my car would be at different locations at different times and dates (I had to reschedule due to Covid restrictions). He was very knowledgeable, well presented, efficient and polite. I will be calling him again for my next scheduled service.

On Saturday my car failed and didnt want to start up again called the RACQ Guys and they identified that it was a failure on the starter motor of my car. I called around for help to Lexus and Toyota service department first thing on Monday and some other local car garages but all came back that they cant see my car even to inspect it so that they can order the parts in for few days to a few weeks as they were all fully booked… (also they made comments that depending on the parts it may take another few weeks before the car can be fixed.)I stumbled across Auto King and gave them a call and told them what the RACQ guys told me what the issue was. The lady on the phone was so efficient and within minutes over the phone she gave me a quote for the job if that was the only issue. Within no time Dennis who was the mechanic came with the new starter motor and fixed the car in less than an hour and it was back on the road again.I could not believe how efficient and helpful they were.Highly recommend these guys if you need someone who can get the job done fast and well!I am even thinking if I should get Dennis out for my routine maintenance as he was impressively knowledgeable and efficient with his work.

I had an emergency this morning, put too much oil in the engine. I called my insurer’s road side assistance and was told that the road side assistance doesn’t handle oil draining. They didn’t tell me that when I paid immediately to get access to the assistance. Annoyed.Anyways, so I found Auto King Mobile Mechanic on the internet. The lady I spoke to was very professional, she got a quote back to me very quickly, confirmed time and name of the mechanic who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to us the process he would go through and got our car fixed in no time.Would recommend Auto King and will definitely call on their service again.

Called regarding an issue with the PCV valve on my vehicle (common issue with this vehicle and easily diagnosed). Mechanic attended promptly the next day, spent 15 minutes testing before confirming it was the PCV, charged $100 for the callout and said the repair needed to be quoted. Called multiple times over the next 2 weeks to chase up the quote and never heard back. Went to another mechanic and had the repair done next day.Waste of time and money, avoid unless it is a simple issue that can be fixed on the spot.

Wrong addressEdit: Of course the owner wants to believe I'm the problem... but I drove into 96 Holmead Road on Saturday (when google maps says it is open) and what I found there was not a mechanic, but a random family who I disturbed. You wouldn't understand how sorry I felt for just randomly disturbing them having their weekend - and of course that's my fault that the owner did not decide to change their business address when they moved. I ended up having to go to another mechanic. I even called Auto King later and asked them to change the address, but they just told me to contact google. So I can do what?? Do the business owners not have control over where their business is placed in google maps? Anyway, poor poor response from the owners - sure, I left a one-star review before, but I am just speaking out for terrible service I got. Call me anxious all you want, but the address is wrong and that will not change until the owners change it.

Super easy to deal with right from the start. Fast response time had someone come out the same day as enquiry. Kristian was a nice guy and fixed my car pretty fast.All round good experience, will definitely use them in the future. Thanks team.

Very Bad service. Had My Certificate of Inspection done last week wednesday. Still Haven’t received my Certificate. They always take car rego and email but not getting anything. Been chasing everyday. Now I’m tired .
