The products are becoming quite bland and the customer service could do with some tidying up. My grandchildren were simply standing next to a display bed and they were rudely told to move! I spent one hour trying to find tastefully designed linen but unfortunately everything looked rather contemporary and dull. Pillow Talk had a much more elegant range in previous years but it is now a federation free store, with modern only options available to customers.

Janene is the most beautiful and thoughtful person. My mother in law is in palliative care and I am in Brisbane so I am unable to take her a cosy blanket. Not only did Janene help me pick the perfect blanket she offered to deliver it to my mother in law herself. ❤️
