I would like to give a huge thank you to Richard, Chris and the staff at Hawkesbury Motorcycles at Windsor NSW, for quality of service, care, and generosity that was far and beyond the realms of expectations.The story:Three days before I was to embark on a 1,700km round trip to a rally/AGM my 2019 Goldwing decided it didn’t want to go, and wouldn’t let me select any gears.Fortunately it happened close to Hawkesbury Motorcycles (where I purchased the bike in 2019)One phone call to the shop and within half an hour Richard( The dealer principal) was at my bike with a trailer and took us both back to the workshop. He immediately asked the service manager to check my bike out, the result wasn’t good.No way to get home so Richard offered, and drove me home, about a 40 minute drive.During the conversation on the way Richard said, don’t worry, we’ll get you on a bike, call us before you go.Sure enough they had a bike, come pick it up.On my arrival to the shop, there stood waiting for me a brand new 2023 Goldwing (bagger)The words from the sales manager, take it, enjoy the ride, see you when you get back.Now that is service rarely seen in today’s world.Please, if you need anything motorcycle related, see Hawksbury Motorcycles, 70 Macquarie Street Windsor NSW, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

I limped into Hawkesbury Motorcycles after getting a flat on the Putty Road and was met by Neeva in their service department who was friendly, helpful and, since it was irreparable, organised the replacement tyre quickly and efficiently. This was a warranty job so Neeva rang me back several days later to confirm the Pirelli rep would pick up the faulty tyre, saving me a trip back from Newcastle to recover it.Thank you to the entire service team at Hawkesbury Motorcycles - now that’s what I call service!

Purchased my Honda from these guys early 2020.Sales service was attentive, got a great price and the owner is always happy to see you and have a chat.Recently had a warranty issue with Honda Australia and the service team had it sorted for me quickly and with no fuss.Servicing costs are competitive too and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and thorough.

Had some loose rim's stripped and fitted after painting. Had solid service, good price and everyone I spoke to was really polite and very helpful. And they took good care of my rims and supplied the parts I requested.
