Not a good experience at all. When I first asked for a quote from Alex I never got any response. I had to chase him up. I went to see him a second time to talk about the design. I did not feel welcome at all, he was abrupt and made me feel like I was a nuisance, however his rough price was very competitive. When I received the quote, it was far more than the initial indication. About $1k more than what he had mentioned. I found there was a disconnect between what Alex said and what he put in an email, which was difficult to understand. When designing a kitchen, this was not ideal. We ended up paying more for something we didn't really want. My wife and I felt intimidated by him. In the end we just wanted it to be over. In terms of assembly, most of it was easy to assemble with the exception of the pocket doors which were difficult, but we managed. His cutting is precise which was a positive. My advice, Steer clear as it was not a good experience, we paid more than expected for something that we were not happy with.

I highly recommend CNC Plus. Vlad and Alex did an excellent job and were so easy to deal with them. We were pleasantly surprised with time frame, our kitchen was done on next day from place order.
