I cannot begin to describe how special this gym is. Every trainer brings something unique to each session and the people you train with will support you and push you to do your best. Came in today for a casual float and was greeted by the legendary Carmel. First of all she was so lovely, explained everything thoroughly and then went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.Didn’t train in the gym but the set up looked amazing!Will be coming back every time we’re in Adelaide.Clean, great set up and friendly staff.Thank you Fast twitch!

I was joining the 7 days free trial first. It was feeling so welcome by Carmel. She was explaining everything to me so lovely. Then I decided to join the membership after. Thank you Carmel and Hayden. You both are amazing. The gym is clean and many classes you can choose. I love it.

Amazing gym and recovery facilities. Knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere felt comfortable from the first visit. Staff are helping me through an injury and helped me understand how to effectively treat myself. Can't recommend enough if you are an athlete. World class.

One of the best Gym's I have ever been to. Amazing staff, every yoga teacher is stellar. I can't praise them enough. Thank you for the lessons. I enjoyed my time sweating here. 10/10

Loved the gym's training facilities! I had such a great workout. The trainers were full of energy and very knowledgeable. After my workout, I enjoyed a relaxing float tank therapy experience. Sensory deprivation is something I have been excited to try out for a while, so I am glad I could do it straight after my workout. If you live in Adelaide and want to try out a float tank, I highly recommend you try Fast Twitch.

For years, I drove past. Now I can’t help but want to go in every time I drive by. Since joining 2 months ago, my commitment to my health has soared, thanks largely to the trainers and the Fast Twitch community. What an amazing gym. From Cardio to Strength and Mobility classes to Free Gym sessions, it has the right trainers on site to cater for every fitness level. With both AM and PM class times, there’s options for everyone. I’ve enjoyed biohacking my health by using the sauna and recovery room, as well as stretching more in the hot yoga classes. The Fast Twitch community is awesome and I’m really enjoying training and socialising with the crew. If I could give Fast Twitch more than 5 stars, I would.

Absolutely incredible gym! I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing this gym has been. The trainers have a true passion to see everyone succeed, the people are so welcoming and supportive, and the recovery facilities are top tier! It has changed my life for the better.Not only this but they are so understanding and accomodating for all kinds of issues. I was back in the gym quite quickly after having 2 seperate injuries, all because they were willing to work with me every single class.100% recommend. You won’t regret it!

GREAT GYM! Strength classes are done with a purpose with clever programming from the coaches so that you can progressively load your weight each week and get stronger. Excellent selection of exercises! Coaches are knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly friendly and welcoming. The gym has great facilities including many recovery options and a community vibe.
