After ordering a DMax XTerrain back in December ‘21 and expecting upwards of 9-12 months wait, I was pleasantly surprised with a call a few weeks ago to tell my the car will be here early! Paul has been fantastic to work with, I got a great deal, and have waited less than half the time of many people on various Isuzu forums and pages. I’ve been kept informed the whole way, and all dealings and communications have been professional and polite. I highly recommend Sinclair Isuzu Kingswood and the team there. What an absolute joke, zero after sale service. Ordered an MUX in April 2022 was told delivery of Jan 2023 so during the past 6 months have tried to contact my salesman John 3 times to check delivery is still on schedule only to have none of my phone calls returned. So on my day off stopped into Isuzu Kingswood to follow up only to be told the car won’t be here until May 2023. Again these people are happy to take your hard earned money yet are unable to give you any service what so ever. Top selling car of 2022 yet you can’t supply what you’ve promised. Would not recommend to anyone.

After being misled multiple times by other dealerships, I was hesitant on making any purchases for another 6-12 months. Our experience from sinclair isuzu was perfect, as expected with covid and the disasters around the world, there was a delay with receiving the car we purchased, but me and my partner accepted that and it only build our excitement up higher. With help from Paul, our very professional consultant, we had a great time and would definitely be going back to see Paul for our next addition to our car family!!
