Staff members always helpful.As soon as you walk in you get acknowledged.Any pharmacist always helpful and sometime will go out of the way to help you. Prestons is very lucky to have such an amazing pharmacy with people that actually want to help.

Thank you, to Ahmed and the team for looking after so many covid positive cases in the Liverpool LGA. Taking phone orders and delivery of vital medication and the like. You guys truly went far and beyond that of the average pharmacy.

Don’t be fooled with the good service or courteous staff at this Pharmacy and don’t ever let them talk you into holding your prescriptions.We put our trust in this place to order and hold special medication and they assured us they could assist us, but when it came time to purchase and collect, they told us that the medication was out of stock and was not available until October.This is not the type of medication to treat lightly and it is very irresponsible of the staff to do this to us, especially when the shortage supply is stemming from the UK. What was the purpose of holding the prescriptions when there was no courtesy call to advise us of this situation or a reminder to collect these tablets? We will never return to this pharmacy. They have caused us nothing but a serious inconvenience and we hope that others have not gone through this same disaster.

The pharmacists is the best to communicate with and ask questions. He is very informative and helpful. Other staff members nice and I'm happy to have this pharmacy as my local. Nil issues with pricing of products.

Conveniently located, clean and presentable, however service has some room for improvement. I had 4 prescriptions I needed to fill and had some questions about the medication. Instead of having the Pharmacist come over to answer it, the Cashier brushed me off immediately, told me to read and follow the labelling on the boxes. They also claim to beat on price, however even with the generic branded medication, it still cost $25 more than my usual pharmacy. I only came here out of necessity because I left filling my prescriptions too late and my usual pharmacy had closed for the day.Next time I’d rather skip my medication than come back here out of desperation.

Best chemist we’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly, helpful & informative and always go the extra mile to help. Could not recommend these guys enough! So grateful to have them so close to home.

Absolutely disgusting, price gouging at its finest.Went to buy rapid testing box of 20 $300, yep buy bulk usually normal price $200. Ok take a slight advantage from others misfortune, but 1 day later charge $360 for same product! Yep advantage from others misfortune, as the derryn hinch would say “ shame shame shame “ I hope the owner sleeps well at night
