Baiting price tactics.They will not honor online prices even though there is no ‘online only’ disclaimer on the website.The Returns policy says clothing won’t be refunded if it doesn’t fit so I decided to go into store to try it on and they won’t honor the pricing.Just bad service.

Booked in for a new bullbar and CB radio for my brand new 2022 Isuzu MUX.Vanessa rang when an earlier spot became available . Vanessa greeted me with a friendly smile and a knowledgeable and professional attitude answering all my questions.Bullbar and CB radio are excellent and i'm so happy with such a young lady to deal with who knew so much ! Great work.

Recently ordered a Kaymar Ozbar through ARB West Gosford. I have to say that the service I was given by Kate, who took my order was second to none. She knew exactly what I needed and placed the order late on a Friday afternoon. I was even provided with courtesy phone calls to advise me of the progress as these things have a fair bit of wait time to allow for building. Price was right and it arrived a couple of days earlier than forecast. Fantastic mob to deal with. Thanks.

Purchased a canopy and 69L dual zone fridge as well as inquiring about a huge range of products and fittings, the service and help I received from Vanessa was very informative and extremely helpful!The Canopy turned out great and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to gear up!

Extremely unhelpful, didn’t know if they had roof racks for our RAM1500, didn’t know if they could be ordered, just answered I don’t know to every question and so we walked out. Useless. Would defiantly not recommend. Get some staff that actually care.

A big shout out to the staff at ARB Gosford. I was on the Central Coast recently, first time towing the new camper with new Cruiser and discovered I had no clearance lights or number plate light. After discovering it was not a fuse issue and a few phone calls later, ARB Gosford fitted me in without hesitation to rectify the issue. An hour later I was on my way again. One disconnected plug in the wiring loom sorted.Thanks again for getting me back on the road safely.Malcolm
