Watch out the price tags when you shopping in this shop! It was not very pleasant experience. After checking out, one lady put the receipt in the paper bag, but I felt not quite right so opened and took it out see again, and one item was wrong.I came into the shop, waited and showed the wrong price, while the Mandarin speak lady looked like impatient and proudly show me the sales date has expired, which no one could literally see it without a microscope. She started taking off the whole product series’ expired tags, and the other Aussie lady helped me do the refund. I was asked first and last name, phone number, and as usual, you have to help to spell your name precisely. None of those two ladies said a single apologizing word, such as “sorry about that”, but all show the obvious fussy looks and attitudes.At the end, I said “no worries”, the lady did the refund asked me what did I say, she probably knows I was upset and just make sure I didn’t complain or swear at her.Is this only a thing at Sunnybank community? At many other shops at North or other suburbs, if you helped shop picking up wrong prices,more often you will got rewarded for the cheap item as a gesture, at least some nice kind words, but here, if you do the price check, you might be the annoying one.Attitudes need to be changed. This is the purpose I post this comment.Good luck with your shopping.
