Happy to share my recent experience at Swarovski Kotara where I encountered A brilliant example of good old fashioned customer service. Michelle the manager was able to track down a replacement ear-ring for one I lost, which husband purchased more than 5 years ago. I went in on the off chance never for a minute believing I would be able to get a replacement and Michelle doggedly tracked one down for me. I am so grateful and super impressed by her service. Five stars.

Disappointed design of the clip, the bracelet is too short and the design had no extender, the CS team not reply to email and end up need to call the hotline with no solution of it... have to give that bracelet to other...
