On time and did a great job

We've used Andrew twice now to clean our loungeroom carpet and once for our large corner lounge.Both times he has been on time and up front about costs. We found him very competitively priced especially for cleaning our couch.As we have 3 kids under 4 he has been amazing at getting out stains I wouldn't have thought possible. He even managed to remove a dinner plate size decking oil stain in our carpet (thanks husband)and blueberry stains from our couch (thanks kids).I would highly recommend Andrew and plan on continuing to use him until my kids are easier on my carpet/couch, which will probably be for the rest of eternity.

Window cleaning totally unprofessional, bent most fly screens putting back, left hose and soap over verandah, was rude when I showed him that water had wet papers near my computer. Blamed windows.I have had another window cleaner for 20 years no problem with them. This was through a service provider. Lost his phone spent 15 mins running around then asked me to ring number, left in garage.Damaged back screen door. Would NEVER recommend .

We finished building our new house and we had a couple clean the house for one day. The wife suddenly got sick and couldn’t continue. So we found Mobiclean and sent him the floor plan and floor space. Initially Andrew quoted 1400-1500, which was a few hundred dollars more than the couple quoted. But we didn’t mind. When I told him we are from Sydney, immediately he changed the price to 1650. we told him to forget about it. Then he asked us to pay him 1400 cash. When he came by himself, he said to take him two days to clean. It surprised me due to the fact that it would take 2 people 3 days to clean our house. (Our house is pretty big by any standards). We stayed in the house for a couple of nights. He wouldn’t clean the bathroom shower glass because we used it. The veranda area was not part of building clean according to him. The ceiling area of the veranda had some moths on it and he wouldn’t clean. Some cement on the screen door he wouldn’t use proper cleaning products to clean. The balustrade on the veranda he wouldn’t clean. When this guy finished it, it only took him 1.5 days to finish the whole job and he made 1400 cash. It’s such a ripoff. We engaged this guy to do a full builders clean of the house including veranda. The house was partially cleaned by another cleaners and ourselves. In the end a large number of area has not been cleaned properly and some areas he didn’t / wouldn’t clean . We still have to clean the place ourselves. We wouldn’t use him agaiin. Nor would we recommend him. Total waste of money!

We're fairly new to Tura Beach and Andrew fitted us in at short notice for window cleaning just before Christmas . We had visitors arriving from overseas and the windows and sliding doors and glass balustrades were a real mess. He turned up on time and left us with sparkling windows, even cleaned the screens and security doors. Totally professional and would certainly be recommending Mobiclean.

Very professional and responsive, Andrew did a fantastic job on very short notice to get an old family home ready for sale. Highly recommended!

Mobiclean (Andrew) did an amazing job for me at short notice. I was moving out and had a family moving in and with less than a week’s notice he was able to book the house in for a clean and he managed to remove some serious stains and freshen up the carpets. Even better was that he had a last minute postponement of a job and was able to wash all my windows which surrounded our house and included 6 sets of sliding doors. He arrived on time and got stuck into the work. The end result was amazing! He even cleaned the 6 screen doors - I didn’t realise how clean they could be until he had done his job and you could barely notice them through the windows. We even suffered a causality bird that must have flown high speed at the window not realising there was one there! Thank you so much Andrew - I can’t speak highly enough of the job you did for us! Thanks again :).
