Fantastic service! I knew nothing about precession scales & was having difficulty determining what exactly I needed to do the job. There are so many makes & models to choose from, not to mention price variabilities & minor differences with technical terms attached to confuse the uninitiated.Unsure of whether to go with an $800 plus or $500 model I rang for advise fully expecting to be talked into the more expensive job. Wow, Kay & Murray were absolutely fantastic. Murray really knows his stuff, unlike so many sales people theses days, he asked relevant questions & explained the technical terms clearly. In the end he determined that a much cheaper scale would be ample for my needs.Thanks Murray for saving me up to $550, your honesty & expertise is much appreciated. The world needs more Murray's.

We purchased a $1.7k scale off their website in Sept 2019, it is now end of December 2019 and still waiting for goods or refund. The same scale has all along been listed as available for sale on their online shopping. We were never contacted with an explanation nor estimated delivery date. We have had to chase them for explanations. Their estimated delivery date always changes all the while we are out of pocket and waiting for delivery. Very frustrating.
