Unfortunately, our experience in dealing with Melinda Horton over Email turned us away from a very lovely house!First we were told that our application had been approved, only to be told to send the full amount of bond and two weeks rent BEFORE being given a copy of the tenancy agreement or any other supporting documentation, such as special conditions or rules.When we expressed our concerns, pointing to the RTA’s website that clearly states that a bond payment should only be done AFTER having read your tenancy agreement, the agent tried to glaze it over by telling us that “it is standard procedure” and insinuating that we wouldn’t know how things work.In addition to that, the agent had changed the price from our application and raised it to a higher fee without our agreement or consulting with us beforehand.However, when we asked why we were told ‘Congratulations! Your application has been approved’ and then told that it had not been approved under the price that we had offered and applied with, we were not given an explanation.Simply, it felt like the agent was trying to pull one over on us, using the fact that we are international students as an excuse to make us pay an amount we had not agreed to, not give us any straight answers, and not stick to the guidelines of the RTA website.Safe to say, it rang an alarm. Really such a shame, because the property was really nice!Because of how the proceedings were handled by the agent, we would not advise anyone to enter a rental agreement with them.

Horrible Real Estate Agent. Amy is the worst real estate agent i have ever met in my life. No matter how much rent you are paying for a dump, she will never ever take any action on any complaints you might have regarding the property. I don't know how this real estate is still in business since they do absolutely nothing for renters. This realty is only if you are property owner. If you want to rent a place in GC i recommend not going to this realty cause you will be very disappointed.

I have been dealing with Aimee at Dytor Yates for nearly 2 years as a tenant. She has always been very prompt in returning emails or phone calls and “gets the job done”. I have found her extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Broadbeach Waters probably the best place if you like to be bitten by miggies. They are free no matter where you live in Broadbeach Waters or Miami waters or anywhere near the canals.We found such a dark hole through this realty. It was ancient dark run down old apartment. All complaints were ignored and repairs never happened. The unit was in a dire need of repair and renovation but why repair anything when you can put up the rent every year. Real estate prices are inflated since it's a capitalistic society. So save yourself by finding a Realty that cares about renters and not just sold to profiting property owners only. I don't recommend this realty unless you are loaded and have money to throw around.

Scott Dytor has sold 2 houses for me, I found him to be polite, very helpful and honest. He worked hard to get the prices I was after and his valuations are spot on with the current market.I do highly recommend Dytor Yates Real Estate.Sharon
