We booked this motel as the reviews we had seen are outstanding. However, we are shocked by the quality and cleanliness of the hotel.1. Fridge did not work, and the staff member came into the room barefoot and stated he fixed the problem. Hours later, the fridge stopped working again, and our ingredients went off.2. The toaster, pantries, cupboards were full of dust, so obviously not cleaned in a while. The bed sheets were full of stains, and when we first arrived at the motel, the room carried a very odd odour, so we had to open the windows and fan to air out the room.

Awful stay. 3 nights here… druggys everywhere and rude staff. Couldn’t sleep as people arguing all night and smoking drugs in car park.

Fantastic place.The hosts were amazing. Went above and beyond to make my stay there awesome.Very very clean and spacious rooms.Very quiet.100% recommend you give this place a consideration when booking.

New operators who don't know customer service. Needs a gd clean up both rooms and surrounds. Have a creepy crawley fir pool but not used and pool needs it. Disappointing

Lovely Room very clean and well appointed, only disappointment really was no one at reception when we arrived at 6pm, running slightly late having driven from Noosa, despite sign saying open from 8am to 8pm? and then bring asked to was out own cups and utensils up after use? I'm not sure that I would trust some guests to do a good job?

Stayed here in a Friday night. Room fronted the street but you would not know it. Quite as quite could be due to double glazing. Room was large with all amenities you may need for a week stay. Microwave, Fridge, cutlery, dishes , breakfast nook, air conditioned, very spacious indeed. A bit aged but very clean. Close to Twin towns and tweed bowls club. I would definitely stay again.

Having pre-booked a downstairs room, got there to find room had been onsold and we would have to go upstairs. Up a steep concrete staircase for an 86 year old man struggling to walk. Owner lied to us saying our room had flooded,. Comply Untrue. Her husband admitted it was their fault. So there we were, no bed, school holidays and her answer was reservation cancelled"thank god for Cooks Endeavour motel.Other motels we tried had all heard complaints about Tweed Central. I can't see it lasting long under this management."

The owner was so amazing and considerate, and facilities were good quality for the price. The location is also quite convenient, 5 minute walk from the beach and a short drive to the shopping centre. Would definitely recommend

Cheats, Liars, Scammers! They rarely answer the phone but don't ever leave a message on their message machine as they will deny ever getting it. Be prepared for excessive credit card charges and to have the phone slammed in your ear. Absolutely no customer relation skills. I would choose to sleep on the street rather than this place.
