Ultra Tune Macquarie Centre

Booked for 7:30 am for a safety check advised to take 30 mins. Waited 3 hours for the check to be done. No explanation for delay provided and I was advised serval times to wait 15 mins and come back. I was told later that they had written down the wrong mobile number. Unfortunate experience.

My work Ute got a flat tyre while at the centre and my car Jack didn’t allow me to change the tyre myself. Went down to see the guys at ultra tune to see if they could give me a hand and they were more than happy to help straight away. I’ve had this happen previously with other mechanics who weren’t so helpful so I am very grateful for their help today.

I’m from Victoria and my car was towed to these guys off the M2 late at night and the next morning I had to ask them to urgently look at the problem as I had to drive out of Sydney in a couple of days.Despite being really busy they prioritised the diagnostic for me so I would know asap what the problem was and whether they could fix it in time.It turned out to be an easy problem to fix despite it shutting the engine down as part of a safety feature.They were so kind to get it fixed very quickly and as it was a simple problem they didn’t charge me.I’m so grateful to these guys! They are a true example of great customer service, kindness and professionalism.

I had a puncture Sunday late night. Therefore, I left the car on the street and I went early in the morning with the tyre to try to fix it. Since I arrived the staff attitude was horrendous, lack of customer service. The first sentence before looking to my issue was “move the car, we can’t do anything today” then after my frustration he just saw the tyre from the distance and his response was “it’s not possible to fix it, you have to change the tyre and we do not have it” (without even looking the tyre reference). I gave up and went to another store in the same shopping Center and the service was completely different. Staff took the time to analyse the tyre, explaining the reason why it cannot be fix, but giving the options to solve the issue straight away and prioritising the work.

I have been using the services of Ultra Tune Macquarie Centre for many years and have found their services to be excellent. That is why I kept going back to them

Had to get pink slip done- they were efficient, friendly and reasonable price. Convenient location meant I could squeeze in some shopping while waiting. Thanks!
