I bought some shampoo & conditioner online, was very happy that they offer free shipping over $30 and expected it to arrive in 1-2 weeks. By the time I got home my products were on my doorstep, I have never had such efficient service! I will be ordering from here again.

I've been going to this hair dresser for a few years and have always had excellent results. Staff are friendly and prices reasonable. Good, central location in St Ives shopping village.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would, I’ve had trust issues with hairdressers in the past, so I’ve been DIYing and damaging my hair for quite sometime. I was recommended this place by a colleague of mine and I was not disappointed, I am willing to travel the 2 hours to get to them. Hayley R, you are a magician, I don’t know how you fixed my messed up, stripey, orange and damaged hair but you did. I honestly cannot find the words to express my gratitude and appreciation to all the lovely ladies who looked after me. If you’re after people who know their profession, have humility, care and kindness this is the place for you, Hayley, Hayley and Catherine THANK YOU so much for all that you did, I will definitely be coming back.Leena :)

Wonderful, kind and polite staff, if you are there sunday, ask for Mark. He's been a hairdresser for 15 years and it shows. He did a wonderful job with my pixie hair cut (not current photo) and could give me a proper explanation for my severe dandruff and how to get rid of it. Thank you again, I walked out of there with my hair feeling so soft and my scalp so clean, made my day! :)

Highly aggressive hairdressers!Such a painful experience and woman avoided apologising when she struck my bare eye with a metal hairbrush.During the hair cut she repeatedly yanked my hair which I verbalised was painful to which she apologised very rudely.Would not reccomend.

Really lovely staff. Had to have just a wash today and they looked after me so well. They were really careful and went out of their way to ensure my comfort due to recent surgery (which is why I can't wash my hair myself at the moment!) So reasonably priced for the service. Thank you!
