Coles Chadstone

I have been on the phone trying to call customer service for the past half an hour. I bought an item from coles chaddstone on Thursday and the item was meant to go off on the 29th of this month. Yet I go to open the refrigerated item and it is off and mouldy. Bought from the prepackaged deli items. Dolmades Mediterranean style. Not happy.

A lot of empty shelves.To many trolleys with stock in them but selves empty.

Purchased diary babies food products on 29.01.2023 and few products already expired (use by) on 17.01.2023. Today came back too coles on 02.02.2023 at 6:30PM and spoke to duty manager . My baby is 11 months old and imagine if he ate expired 2 weeks already dairy yogurt it could be fatal for him. Today duty manager all he could say and was really arrogant and said “all I can do here for you today is apologize “. I asked him few times is that all you can do for 11 months old baby if he ate that he could easily get salmonella or some other bacteria and who knows what will happen next . I want from coles Chadstone to contact me urgently and I’m looking to take further this. I have all receipts and photos which I also provided to duty arrogant manager at the time ! Tell me if you want me to contact me and we can talk further

This Coles is big. It sells all kinds of products. They give discounts on products. Also they have their own products so it is more cheaper than the branded products. They have baskets and trolleys but you need to pay for the trolleys using $1 or $2 coins. The staffs are friendly and they help you find products if you ask them.

the trolley man, was absolutely lovely and helped us out when we were lost! Went out of his way to explain where we needed to go and the best way to get there, excellent customer service!

Dear Coles, your wrappers are not able to be recycled as stated on your packaging shown and on so many other products. Sadly, soft plastic recycling is no longer. It would be great if you could use use compostable packaging?

Just one bad experience with particular manager was extremely unprofessional in his actions. Abusing of theft without evidence twiceWas pretty ridiculous and possibly the guy has own problems and hopefully has corrected his behaviour basically no longer want to spend money in coles or associated stores

Always consistently helpful friendly staff, well stocked shelves. I wish they'd stop changing the layout... then leaving old aisle signage up.Check my pic, no canned fish where indicated at all. Can't see any fish here. Get your act together... signage MUST be changed when you relocate products at the time.The fish moved aisles 5 weeks ago.... sounds petty, but life's too short to go hunting for food, just because some bigwig who never does his own shopping, decided to change things around to make busy shoppers even more frazzled, especially with the ludicrous cost of goods, you should be making shoppers happy, not making them give 2 star review.Not the floor staff's fault, they're just doing their jobs, following head office's mad idea.It will be a directive from a bloated cashed up manager who's always had mummy or a wife or nanny to hunt and peck for groceries, never had to do it himself, so is unaware how changing store layout, just for the heck of it, wastes shopper's time.now, where's the canned tuna located?

Big Coles Supermarket, but a lot of Shelves are Empty and Not Restock. Very Poor Management and Need To Pay More Attention.
