A pleasure going there - friendly and great service.And,they fitted me in on the spot today.

As a new customer I provided the formula for my color just to have my roots touched up. I tried to explain my desired outcome but they seemed not to actually hear me because the results were disappointing. The color turned out much darker than I expected and hoped for.It was very costly.

I rang this salon & asked if they could book me in with someone 'experienced' in pixie cut's & colour....What I got was a 3rd year apprentice for the cut & a 1st year 'stoned' apprentice for the colour. To say they ruined my hair is an understatement, the colour did not even cover my greys & the cut was horrendous! I was in such shock and didn't want to cause a scene that I just paid the $160 bill, walked to my car & broke down hysterical. My husband called them, demanded a refund, which they refused. The owner of the salon told me she would try & fix my hair when she got back from holiday's in a week, have not heard back from her 10 months later & never got my money back. Most Unprofessional salon I have EVER been to.

Donna is amazing. A warm welcome. Nice gestures from everyone. Smiles and laughs within the premise tells you a lot about Donna. Will definitely come back

Took a long time for a basic haircut costing $69. Staff are quite junior but very nice.

Cassidy did a great job with my haircut. Her supervisor is so supportive and helpful that not only she learned but also me! Definitely going back for my next haircut!

I had my long hair cut and coloured by Ree today and I can safely say this is the best colour i have ever had! Ree was bubbly, maticulous and very sweet! Im so so happy with my new hair she made my week! All the staff are helpful and friendly!

Spent a wonderful couple of hours with the team at Sapphire Hair by Bentleys. Everyone in the salon was welcoming, friendly and happy to have a little chat - immediately putting you at ease as a first time customer.I would like to especially thank Ree and Donna for their combined knowledge and dedication to not only getting my hair looking amazing (after 3 years of no salon action!) - but making the immense effort to get it just right. Not many salons I have been to will take as much time to ensure that their customers are very happy, and that the colour choices and style suit both the client's face and lifestyle.Would highly recommend this salon to anyone. I am looking forward to seeing everyone again on my next trip to Merimbula. Might even bring it forward a few months :) Thank you team SHbB - you all absolutely made my visit up the coast one of the most memorable ones.

Had a great experience here, I had my colour done while visiting from Melbourne and turned out beautiful. Colour Tech was very careful and meticulous during colour application. Will definitely be back!!
