Really good cakes. Bit high prices though.

I can't thank Paula enough for the amazing cake she made for my husband's 70th Birthday. The effort and attention to detail and going that extra mile to make sure everything looked perfect, even down to getting the colour of the clothing right made the cake even more special. I knew it would look fantastic but the flavour was incredible too. I chose the chocolate mud with Tia Maria. Everyone commented on the flavour and how moist it was. Definitely the best tasting mud cake I have ever eaten. Paula was wonderful, professional and very warm to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. The cake itself was worth every cent and really made the birthday celebrations extra special. If you want a truly memorable cake then I can't recommend Paula highly enough.

I was very impressed with Paula and her cakes. We didn't know exactly what we wanted, but Paula worked through our options, which were endless, to help us settle on the ideal dessert. In the end, we decided on simple chocolate and red velvet cupcakes to match the simple design of our wedding, but Paula was careful to match the details of the cakes to those of our invitations and the theme of our wedding. Paula is a very gifted and creative cake maker with the ability to make complex and ornate designs or simple treats if that's what you would prefer. I found her prices to be very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. Paula was excellent to deal with, and nothing was too much hassle. I would definitely recommend Cakes by Paulie.

Paula made the most awesome cake for my Husbands 40th, he absolutely loved it. It was epic! The attention to detail was amazing.

Paula did a showcase at my workplace during the Redlands Coast Wedding Trail, and her cakes looked absolutely amazing. With my birthday coming up, I knew I had to get one. Saying that Paula was beyond professional and so unbelievably kind is an understatement. I cannot recommend her enough.
