Great service, and friendly doctor.

Just discovered this Northern Beaches gem last week. Great practice, and Dr Mark was very caring and made me feel at ease.

I’m. In. Love. When did this little gem appear? I have lived here for years & have not noticed this medical centre, even as I often take my kids to ‘Bricks 4 Kidz’ a few shops down.Dr Gamal Mark is 1 in a billion. I have never in my life encountered such a sweet, kind, caring, warm & empathetic doctor. So sweet he must be bad for health in some way! I *melted* before I left his consultation room. I thought softhearted doctors either never existed or are long extinct. When & how exactly did this Angel Doctor fall into the Beaches?!Dr Mark’s daughter, Monica, who manages reception, is as sweet as her jellybean-filled syringes decorating her counter. She must be secretly injecting these into me when I’m not looking!Appointments are easily made on HotDoc. Monica phoned to let me know of a delay & save my time waiting there, which was highly appreciated because I was not well. The premises is clean & comfortable. I was promptly seen by Dr Mark, who actually read my profile, even noticed it was my birthday & asked if I had someone at home to take care of me.First appointment is Bulkbilled. It’s nuts. I would happily pay for myself & my family to see Dr Gamal. What is the price of being able to walk out of a medical centre with a giddy smile? (Partly, from being dizzy, but also from swooning…)Needless to say, I will be finding excuses to take myself, my husband & my kids to get our health cared for here.

Dr Mark was incredibly helpful. He saw us at short notice and was fantastic with my Son. The surgery was extremely clean, the receptionist was also very helpful!
