Ryan's Concrete Repairs, Brisbane

Ryan Concrete repairs.... I believe he needs to repair his customer service first before he could repair your concrete.I had contacted Ryan and I had left a message. Like any good business owners, he had done the right thing and contacted me back so thumbs up for that. Ryan and I had discussed what the next step was over the phone. He was going to come over and do an inspection and quote but that was as far it had gone. On the day of the inspection, he didn't show up and Ryan messaged me an hour and a half later and had said the rain had messed up things for him. I messaged him back requesting a day and time but he never replied. I had called him the next day but no answer and he didn't get back to me at all. Very disappointed!

Came out to have a look and quote after being chased up a few times then weeks passed with no response. Just sent yet another follow up re the quote 4 days ago and nothing. Maybe he is great at his job but I wouldn't know as he is totally unreliable in responding so I can't comment on his actual work.
