These people are outstanding. very generous with their time and patience towards my dementing and often crotchety chair-bound 91yo mother. As a medical practitioner myself I've seen the inside of a lot of nursing homes but SummitCare Waverley really is family-home-like in the attention I've seen the residents enjoy. They deserve every kindness in return.

During this savage Covid 19 pandemic the Summitcare leadership team have continued to keep the families of residents informed of their loved ones and to protect them whilst they are in lockdown. Regular missives are circulated to family members informing them of the safety strategies in place. To date NO RESIDENT AT SUMMITCARE HAS THE VIRUS. We have found the team at Summit Care Waverley to be very caring and kind. They always keep us informed and assist with any enquires. Sachin at reception has been so supportive and the nursing staff are so interested in Mum.

I was very disappointed. I took my mum here for respite for 4 weeks and she was traumatised. Had to pull mum out for safety reasons. Would not recommend a this facility to anyone who cares about their loved ones.I wouldn’t even leave my dog here.Harsh but true.

SummitCare waverley: From the very approachable, caring, and efficient Management, ( Ryan Dahal, Maroleen Carpenter), who will look into your problems personally, to the polite, efficient receptionist, Mary; the contactable RNs, the doctor, the pharmacist, etc., and the very dedicated, tolerant, cheerful, understanding staff, ( eg Anthony, Angela), we highly recommend this modern aged care facility for your loved ones. They have stimulating games, outings, and also have an extensive plan to control any adverse health outbreaks!

We are grateful to the wonderful staff at Waverly SummitCare for their kindness and care of our Mother. When she first arrived she was very apprehensive as it was her first experience of an Aged Care Facility. Now, after three months, she is happy, has many friends and whenever we visit she remarks on the variety of activities she enjoys, the generous attention of the staff and most of all, she feels safe in the knowledge that her needs are anticipated and that help is close, should she need assistance.Thank you to all the staff who provide a safe, comfortable and caring place for our older family members.

Had mum in respite care for 5 weeks after a hospital before she could go home again. It was a very difficult and stressful time for both of us.I'm grateful to staff at SummitCare Waverley for their professional, caring and friendly attitude. Any rising issues were quickly resolved with open and easy communication. It made me feel comfortable knowing she's in good hands.Special thank you to Ryan, who welcomed us and helped me with paperwork, providing support along the way when it was needed, taking loads of stress off. And all the staff including nurses, care staff, kitchen, cleaners and maintenance too who did all they could to accommodate mum's needs and wishes.Thank you all for your patience, friendly attitude and good care.P.S. I've seen a few places before choosing SummitCare Waverley. One thing that struck me most when I was shown around this facility was the look and feel of the residents. They were tidy, peaceful and smiling. It gave me a lot of comfort seeing them so relaxed and comfortable in their surroundings.Thank you,Elena.

Thank you to all the staff and management for taking care of our dad who was on respite few months back. Always an approachable team with lots of compassion. Ryan who helped us to understand the complex aged care placement within a few minutes made our whole journey relaxed and comfortable. Everything was nice during the stay. Do recommend this place.
