Really great customer service!! They were so nice and informative and really patient even when I asked lots of questions. And you can also tell that they love working there and are very passionate about it :)

I Have bought plenty of Games and Traded My PS4 a Couple of Times. I always get Awesome Trade Deals. The Customer Service is Very Helpful and They are also Knowledgeable about Enquiries that i seek. Goodonya EB Games.

Nothing but A+ service. The Milner store staff in particular. I’ve only been to this store once, but it was great to see some of the Milner staff here. Super friendly and helpful.

I would give this shop 6 stars if I could. They have amazing customer service. When I rang the store I spoke to Ida, she was an expert on advising me on PlayStations etc. Then rang me again and said we are waiting on a shipment next week. When I went into the store I was greeted by Anna, again someone with a helpful attitude and friendly smile. Well done ladies. I highly recommend this store. Ros

Called up the store , a guy answered the phone said he would be one minute to see if they had a product . Then he put the phone down and left it for over 5 minutes as I heard him serve other people . I understand a quick question or two but it was very clear he was just serving customers . It’s a Big shame every other time I came into the store it was good service .

Anna is an awesome staff member working at EB Games Casuarina. Such a friendly, positive attitude towards customers. The store have more stock than the Gateway store.

The tall lady at the counter was:- friendly- professional- eager to help.And the Parlmerston shop is also good.

I'm a Streamer and EB Games Casuarina a terrific example of a video games shop. They've always been awesome to deal with and having visited stores across the country this is still a favorite of mine. I'm not paid to say this either. The manager is great also. Long running store with plenty of good memories and many more to come ideally. I can't speak for EB Games nationally, but our little store in Darwin is a gem.

they need to talk to their delivery management because three of my click & collect funko pops have been damaged badly because of them. Can’t even get a better condition one because there isn’t any stocks left.
