Hopeless went there yesterday for tonsillitis told the lady my ears where sore she said it was alight now i got an ear infection also a very nasty staff member getting angry cpz i wasnt in the waiting room as it was full pathetic get told i wpuld be waiting 5 mins an 25 mijs later still no dr

The team at Hinchinbrook healthcare have been simply outstanding and have taken the time to treat me as a individual not just a number in a queue, Dr Bray has been great she genuinely wants to help you and once again treats you as a individual not a number in a queue, she has helped me and my children on more then a few occasions and definitely will be missed by the greater community.

Had a phone appointment with the ingham practice this morning and was told by the doctor at ingham that I need to present to medical staff at Forrest Beach, I rang the clinic at Forrest Beach and found the receptionist/nurse very rude and abrupt, she wouldn't listen to what I was trying to explain to her, just said they wouldn't see me as I had flu like symptom. This is the second time I have had the misfortune to deal with this person and found her to be rude and abrupt both time

Dr Brad Elliot is rude and judgemental went there to get a check up on an injury I had suffered explained that the treatment he recommended wasn't work and wasn't helping asked what else could be done to help my situation end up at the hospital clogging their emergency department which I had tried to avoid in the first place. This isn't the first time this Dr has disregarded my symptoms and sent me onto another facility.
