This is no run of the mill let store ... most of the staff there are training to be come vets or are specialise in naturopath for animels.The owners have been around for a VERY long time and it shows...They have literally helped me clear up my pups rocky start in life starting from skin problems to upset tummy all the way up to helping my deside what vetanery hospital to take my dog to to see a dentist ... and from what Iv been told from my breeder is that most would have just taken his k9s out. but this dentist saved them!Best pet shop with top quolity produces and a wealth of information!

Bought the wrong product and was refused a refund. I submitted a complaint with the ACCC and am leaving this review.The product we bought was almost 40% more expensive than other retailers. Maria over the phone was callous and rude. Completely unaccommodating. We will be actively avoiding this retailer and would advise you to do the same.

The staff are absolutely beautiful and give their utmost care for anything and everything. I always feel so comfortable and happy in this store as I know my pup will be well catered for.

Love the boutique just wish they would have an online store so I can buy more for my pup online!

Cannot recommend this shop highly enough. The staff care first and foremost about the well-being of the pets they provide food and products for. As far as the food they sell, they have gone to great lengths to source the highest quality pet foods from the most reputable manufacturers and carry treats made by only trusted local manufacturers. I have also been incredibly impressed by their ethics when it comes to the pets they sell. They will not sell puppies or rescue kittens to just anyone, I have personally witnessed the staff taking great pains to ensure that their animals only go to homes that fully appreciate the responsibility of pet ownership and aren’t just buying a cute baby animal on a whim. The toys they have are unique, imaginative and hilarious. They are the only shop in Sydney I would go to for all my pet needs, so much so that having now moved to Tasmania I still buy as much as I can from Animalia and have it sent down here. We have a new puppy coming home to us this week and Animalia were incredible in putting together an “everything you need for a new puppy” package and sending it to us. The staff were also admirably honest and told us to get certain items locally as it would be more affordable for us than having them shipped. They were lovely enough to provide us with all the brand recommendations for food and treats to find here. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Friendly staffs with huge smile but quite pricey products compare with any other pet shops nearby. Love the services they provided to me. Thanks for loving my puppy x

Purchased a product- ear cleaner. Seemed very expensive at $35 for a small bottle (the price wasn't on the bottle on the shelf). Once I got home I googled it and the RRP was only $14.95. I called to see if a mistake was made but apparently they just charge ridiculous prices over RRP. Perhaps she thought I looked like I could afford it as for all i know she made the price up off the top of her head. I was told no refunds.I will never ever be shopping with these RIP off merchants ever ever again. If I could give zero stars I would

This store is well kept and immaculate. Great range of products. I love the cupcake snacks for my pets. Staff are welcoming and helpful, particularly Josie thank you for all your help.

All the staff are so helpful and amazing , We purchased our puppy from there Hurstville shop coming up to a year ago . They helped us with everything from little training tips to looking after our puppy .Every time i go passed the shop they ask me how is she going and if there is anything we need from training ideas or just we miss her when are you bring her with you next we miss her .As i said Animalia Both shops Hurstville & Miranda are amazing all the staff , products are top quality . If I could give them more then 5 stars i would .

I called to ask today if i could take my resume in case a position come available, Maria answer the phone and she was so RUDE. I don't think she should be dealing with customers. Everyone has the right to a job at least ask for a job
