Yesterday I went into the Penrith store to look for a specific rug. I was served by a lady named Sharan. Her service was amazing and she really went above and beyond in trying to help me find what I was looking for. The rug was discontinued but she took down my details in the hope that when they sell the floor stock I would be able to purchase it then. I just wanted to say thank you for your help, it definitely did not go unnoticed how great you are at what you do!

I am nothing but a happy customer ..!!!!Product was in stock and delivered in two days .The lady who served me was friendly and polite .The delivery drivers were quick and very careful this company also provided tracking details in which i could see where they were at with time .No damage on products and no damage to boxes .Thanyou Amart Penrith

Ordered a lounge in August with delivery in November. Called Penrith store today and got told very bluntly that It has always been mid December delivery time frame. if it was only me, I may have given them the benefit of doubt but my partner was there too and it was November. I am using an old lounge for now and I would have accepted genuine delays if I wasn't blamed for the miscommunication.Then I went through the reviews here and I can see a patterns of similar behaviour from the business. Last deal with Amart, Never again.

We were in here looking fir a lounge for my brother who us disabilities. I looked across the store floor and seen 3 or 4 staff just looking at us as we walked to the lounge area. There were 2 staff who just kept talking to each other and didnt bother to serve us. Although one lovely lady came up and asked what were we looking for. She showed us different ranges in pricing and knew her job well. While chatting she mentioned she is a local employee in close proximity to where we live and was so helpful. I give the store 4 out of 5 for her service.
