I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff at Lululemon Chadstone. Being nice is the bare minimum in customer service, yet the employees couldn't even manage to do that. They looked me up and down when I entered, didn't greet me warmly, and didn't provide any assistance when I finished trying on items in the changing room. It was evident that the staff had a superiority complex and didn't care about providing a positive customer experience. It's appalling that they couldn't even manage to be kind. I'll say it once and I'll say it again. Being kind is the BARE MINIMUM, it is appalling the staff couldn't even manage to do this.

Girls at the back of the store are nice and helpful with products however front counter girls are rude. Please retrain your staff to ensure that they all treat us with respect. Your clothes are expensive hence we deserve the service to match it

I always buy here and the customer service from most of the staff is outstanding. Special thanks to Felicity who was extremely helpful and friendly while helping me with a exchange :)

Found staff to be super friendly!

Staff are rude, unprofessional and are just gossiping with each other instead of helping customers. They don't even acknowledge customers who walk in and just continue to talk amongst themselves. Seem annoyed when you ask them for help. Cashier didn't know and gave me false information in regards to tax refund. Just buy online.

Absolutely appalled with customer service. Staff were extremely unpleasant when seeking advice.Simply asked staff if it was possible to exchanged a pair of mens active wear shorts as the draw string had broke earlier that morning. I was accused of cutting the draw string myself, repeatedly by a staff member. I left extremely disappointed with the Lululemon customer experience. Ultimately will be taking my money elsewhere…

Having had worked in retail for 5+ years this has by far got to be the worst customer service i have ever experienced or seen. How hard is it to be present and acknowledge customers. Another fun fact, a store phone is there for the purpose of being answered when it is called. I have tried calling multiple times per day over the course of a week and NO ANSWER. As if they seem to enjoy the sound of the ring and no answer. Love the brand, dislike the staff. And it seems like I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Staff are so rude and unhelpful. You would expect with expensive stuff like this you’d get good customer service. Only reason I give 2 stars is because only one of the girls was able to help me with a return. Not to mention they never answer the phone.I live in the city and had to travel back out to do this return as I didn’t get the receipt.I didn’t have the tag and wasn’t emailed the receipt and they gave me hell about it except for one girl. As someone who has worked in retail for many years, I know that you can look up transactions with date and time with proof of bank transaction. None of the girls were willing to look through except for one. Kudos to her, as for the rest of them, worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Going to go elsewhere for my athletic wear.

Best experience I've ever had while shopping for clothes. Came in and was greeted. The girl who served me was really great and she helped me pick out a size. I felt very comfortable and staff were really happy to help. Sometimes when shopping you can tell staff lack effort but the staff here were really on top of it. Was in and out and got what I needed. I think my server said her name was Catherine, (sorry I think I forgot) nonetheless I felt very looked after. Also noticed staff using customers first names and I thought that was really nice. Made things more personal. Really great store and brand!
